Elementary PE Program

We have created the Elementary PE program as a free dance class to be taught during regular PE times. Exercise and movement for children is important for their health and well being. This class gives kids the chance to experience dance movement and be taught the importance of good exercise habits. Each class is taught by one of our experienced dance teachers. All you have to do is sign up for a day and time that works best for you and your students PE time.

 

Each class includes the following:

1. Warm up with explanation

2. Basic dance steps taught based on age appropriateness

3. Fun games incorporating dance movement 

4. Dance exercises moving across the room based on age appropriateness 

5. Cool down with explanation

 

This is a free service we are offering to help strengthen and build our community! All we ask is that we be allowed to pass out flyers for our studio afterwards to those interested in learning more dance.

We will come to any school in American Fork, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Highland or Cedar Hills. Once per year per class.
