Katie Collier

Katie has always loved dance and hasn't stopped since she could walk. In high school she was able to train in the Vaganova Ballet Method under Michelle Armstrong and the Ballet Center in Murray. She was also a member of Alta High School Dance Company giving her opportunities to perform and take master classes in New York and Florida. She continued her dance education by attending Southern Utah University on a dance scholarship and received her B.A. in Dance Performance with a business minor. Before creating her own studio she was privileged to teach at various studios in Utah County to refine her skills over the last 18 years. In opening her own studio her ultimate goal was to provide affordable pricing, quality dance instruction, a place for safe expression of movement, and a sense of community and family. Opening the studio allowed her to be more involved in the community by being a member of the American Fork Chamber and be involved in community events such as Steel Days. Katie was nominated for Business Person of the Year for 2019 and won Business of the Month December 2020. She loves supporting local businesses, local schools, and the Chamber. Owning her own studio has been a dream come true and she loves getting to work with her husband, mother, and other family members to continue to make it grow. When Katie is not at the studio she is home with her 6 children. They love traveling together and making memories thru crazy adventures.
